"The host is fantastic and the property is in a nice neighborhood close to airport access. I will say that the sound proofing between the two habitation spaces is limited, so you can hear the neighbors fairly well. Also note that this is one bed without much room for anything else. It works great for a single or a couple, especially if you need to get to the airport quickly, but may not be a great space for anyone not wanting to share a bed."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay while visiting our daughter at Colorado State University. The property is exactly as pictured in the listing. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location and sitting on the porch while enjoying a view of the mountains in the distance. The property was very clean and well equipped. The location is out in the country, but only a short drive to town. We hope to return the next time we are in the area."

"I rarely write reviews but this place was above and beyond the average. Starting with the setting, on a babbling creek in the middle of the mountains in a small town that brings you back in time a little in a great way! The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The suite had everything you need to prepare meals(several extras as far as spices and whatnot) and the dining table looks out the window to the creek. All electronics had explanations with them(so no hassle figuring out how...

"This was a great spot -- very clean and well-appointed. Easy walk to great restuarants. Close to both Denver and Boulder. Nice owner. Only issue is that internet would be fine and then drop out unexpectedly about 10% of the time. The owner said they have fiber optic connection, so no idea what the issue was, but happened multiple times on Zoom meetings. Would definitely stay again if not working."
