"We loved our stay at Truntum. Good hotel in central area. We've stayed here many times previously when it was Grand Inna Kuta.This time we stayed in cheap budget room, however couldn't fault the service or cleanliness. Staff very friendly & helpful! Special mention of Andi - bell boy at front desk, extremely helpful & friendly!"

"The resort is lovely. We stayed in a suite and there was confusion with checking in. There is a separate area for suites to check in which was not clear with the reservations. Our room was wonderful with a fabulous view. There is a very nice afternoon tea service, and a generous happy hour provided for guest staying in suites. The hotel was convenient to walk to an area with lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. "

"Apurva Kempinski- hands down the BEST hotel I’ve stayed at. I don’t think any other place will come close to the service and luxury received here. Top-tier amenities. This hotel made 21 hours of flying worthwhile and was the best part of my Bali trip. Choosing to stay here was worth every penny! Aesthetic- it is no surprise that the hotel is resplendent! Its opulent entrance and architecture are breathtaking and luxurious. I could not get enough of the view. The rooms radiate magnificence, are spacious, and clean. Extra points for an ocean-facing room with a private pool. I was able to relax there with peace and privacy. Service was 10/10, unmatched, prompt, and efficient. The hospitality here was outstanding. We were always attended to and served with a smile on their face. Everyone was extremely respectful and courteous. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The food was delicious, and I observed remarkable food hygiene here. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I’ve recommended this place to all my friends and family. I hope I can come here again. "

"Fantastic stay at the Sheraton. Staff were beyond friendly and would do anything to make your stay more comfortable. So friendly and helpful. My son especially loved the animals sculpted from towels little extras like the ukulele in our room every morning after it was made up. Great access to dining and entertainment from the hotel as well. Would absolutely recommend staying here."

They arranged our return airport shuttle, made sure safety while crossing the street, assisted loading & unloading luggage, etc., Lovely breakfast served in the dining room. Beautiful rooftop pool & hot tub where you can order drinks & food to enjoy. "
