"Lovely quiet villa. Sadly there was a fair bit of maintenance required to get this property up to a good standard, such as decking boards broken and lifted, stairs chipped and splinters hanging out. We were also disappointed in the lack of communication by staff. We found them to be very reserved. On trips on the free shuttle to coco mart, the driver didn’t say a word to us. "Smelly bathroom. Ant colonies in the room. Wifi does not work. 4G is inaccessible. The main light switch to the room is outside of the room (what? yes. it's actually outside of the room). The TV has no working channels except in chinese and russian."

"Friendly Staff. Great quite property with private pool. We book 5 bedrooms, the main building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are located on the adjacent building. All bedroom has attached private bath. All the bathroom shared the same hot water heater tank hence if one has used up all the hot water for the bathtub than other need to wait for hot water regeneration otherwise you will get cold shower.
