"Lovely quiet villa. Sadly there was a fair bit of maintenance required to get this property up to a good standard, such as decking boards broken and lifted, stairs chipped and splinters hanging out. We were also disappointed in the lack of communication by staff. We found them to be very reserved. On trips on the free shuttle to coco mart, the driver didn’t say a word to us. "Friendly staffs, if you like jungle/forest/tree view, this hotel is for you. They have an infinity pool view that faces a rice field. Free WiFi and breakfast. Since it's a forest looking area, keep in mind, there will be a lot of insects. The room we got have a mosquito net. However, if you look up the net, the net has stains and some holes (which was a bit disturbing). They do provide free bottle of water for each night stay. "

"When we arrived we weren't sure about Chai T. House, but it has exceeded expectations. Chai T house is a little dated, and the open house and use of wood makes it a bit damp. The kids missed a place to unwind with some screen time. The house does have a tv, but it wasnt working. "First and foremost the people here really took good care of me and my family. Communication was easy, their response time was fast. The villa we stayed at is beautiful, the beds are so comfortable we had a good rest there. It was also easy to set up spa treatments. The food they prepared is also restaurant quality. All in all, I would highly recommend families and couples to stay at this property if you’re visiting Bali. Many activities to do. "

"Friendly Staff. Great quite property with private pool. We book 5 bedrooms, the main building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are located on the adjacent building. All bedroom has attached private bath. All the bathroom shared the same hot water heater tank hence if one has used up all the hot water for the bathtub than other need to wait for hot water regeneration otherwise you will get cold shower. "Villa Tupai has beautiful gardens and lovely traditional timber buildings, but is let down by the staff and details. The staff have a bad habit of lingering around when they are not needed and with a huge area of gardens and living areas, choosing to wait all day until you are in an area to come and clean around you, spoiling the peace and quiet.
