"Lovely quiet villa. Sadly there was a fair bit of maintenance required to get this property up to a good standard, such as decking boards broken and lifted, stairs chipped and splinters hanging out. We were also disappointed in the lack of communication by staff. We found them to be very reserved. On trips on the free shuttle to coco mart, the driver didn’t say a word to us. "Beautiful authentic Balinese villa. The resort itself was beautiful was very unexpected as I don't think there are many pictures of it. Bed was big and comfortable and had a mosquito net around it which was useful. All the amenities were functioning and clean, and the outside bathroom was lovely. "Friendly Staff. Great quite property with private pool. We book 5 bedrooms, the main building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are located on the adjacent building. All bedroom has attached private bath. All the bathroom shared the same hot water heater tank hence if one has used up all the hot water for the bathtub than other need to wait for hot water regeneration otherwise you will get cold shower. "Villa Tupai has beautiful gardens and lovely traditional timber buildings, but is let down by the staff and details. The staff have a bad habit of lingering around when they are not needed and with a huge area of gardens and living areas, choosing to wait all day until you are in an area to come and clean around you, spoiling the peace and quiet. "There is not anything I would fault with the hotel. The staff are so attentive. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and has a really good selection of everything. The evening dining options are also good. The location and shuttle into Ubud is a great addition. Just a fantastic tranquil location and hotel"

"Beautiful and peaceful resort. Perfect for couples looking for a getaway. Highly recommend the villa rooms as you have your own private pool. The restaurant food was delicious. The spa was an experience of its own! The staff were amazing. Very helpful and always smiling :D Shout out to the guy in reception and the spa ladies. "

"Exceptional hotel. The staff were incredible and went out of their way to ensure everything was amazing for us. The villa as clean, spacious, quiet and private. I think the highlight for us was the food in the restaurant - every meal was divine. We’ll be staying here again. "

Excellent Business stay at the Beautiful Ayodya!

"Excellent Nusa Dua hotel option!!! Beautiful daily breakfast! Very friendly staff around the hotel. Room was great size with a great view - a little musty though; you need to check/clean/replace your ventilation system. Would definitely stay here again! I have already recommended this hotel to many people!!"

"It is a very nice property especially if you have kids with you because they will have many things to do. Breakfast was good and have many choices and can be suitable for all nationalities but it is very crowded. The best thing about this property is the staff they are very nice ,polite and helpful. From the time of checking in to the time you leave they give you the feeling that they want to you to have a memorable stay at the resort. I faced a problem and the GM of the resort Mr Amit was very understanding and solved the issue the minute I discussed it with him. Mrs Rika at the front desk was a great help in solving all the issues from start to end and I would like to thank her for a great performance in doing her job as it should be done. Really the staff made the difference and made me forget that I faced an issue. "
