"Accommodation booked through Expedia when hotel was closed and remains closed , borders are closed and several months later I still don’t have my refund . I am still awaiting my refund from hotel and Expedia . Refund should have been instant as soon as they learned hotel was not even open ? Shame on you Expedia !"

"The rooms are really dirty, the bathrooms are pretty disgusting and our bed sheets had mold on them. I felt really bad for the workers who were there when we checked in but we ended up having to leave because the conditions of the room were just really awful and the owners seem very aware of it. "

"とても素敵な施設&滞在でした。 チェックイン後は丁寧なツアーもしていただきました。ですが、ソーラーパネルでまかなえる総ワット数&施設での毎月使用している電力量、雨水や廃水の総量、濾過循環方法、スバックについて等など、質問に対して回答がいただけなかったのは残念でした。 部屋のゴミの分別ができるような形であったり、無料のコーヒーやお茶があったり、欲を言えばコンポストトイレがあったりしたら宿泊者には嬉しかったです。"

"This was my first time staying at a hostel and can I say.. it was awesome! I stayed in the all female dorm, which has its own bathroom, and with everyone running on different time tables wasn't an issue. The staff were just lovely and their little menu of authentic meals was super cool and ridiculously cheap. I met people from all over the world, that I now call friends! out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk! 10/10 from this aussie"

"Over all my experience and the property was great! It was more than I could ask for. From the unique room entries to the outdoor walkway from the bedroom to the living room and outdoor pool. It was amazing! The ONLY thing i say they need to work on is CLEAN THE TOILET/TOILET SEAT!!! It looks and smells like they haven’t cleaned it in months.
