"Lovely quiet villa. Sadly there was a fair bit of maintenance required to get this property up to a good standard, such as decking boards broken and lifted, stairs chipped and splinters hanging out. We were also disappointed in the lack of communication by staff. We found them to be very reserved. On trips on the free shuttle to coco mart, the driver didn’t say a word to us. "First and foremost the people here really took good care of me and my family. Communication was easy, their response time was fast. The villa we stayed at is beautiful, the beds are so comfortable we had a good rest there. It was also easy to set up spa treatments. The food they prepared is also restaurant quality. All in all, I would highly recommend families and couples to stay at this property if you’re visiting Bali. Many activities to do. "
