It is due to his kindness from a previous trip to the area. I had an unpleasant experience with another hotel's shuttle service that never came after multiple calls. TJ was so gracious helping us in the cold month of January. I told him because of him, my next visit to the area I was staying at Embassy Suites, so I did! I was so happy when TJ picked me...

It is due to his kindness from a previous trip to the area. I had an unpleasant experience with another hotel's shuttle service that never came after multiple calls. TJ was so gracious helping us in the cold month of January. I told him because of him, my next visit to the area I was staying at Embassy Suites, so I did!
