I was very disappointed in the false advertisement that is being put on the internet for this hotel the pics that are placed on google are totally different from where you are actually staying my room had stains all over my sheet and blanket stains on the ceiling of the room like mold it was freezing in there like the a/c was stuck on the iron didn’t work I called numerous of times for a iron was told someone was bringing it up no one never came, also the people in the room next to me had kids there they where up playing loud all night and morning toilet seat and sink dirty I was very disappointed and need to be accommodated for this issue please and thanks!

The Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor hotel is a nice business-oriented hotel with a captivating lobby and generally good scenic views and that’s the good. However, for the price point more should be offered. The not so good: No in-room microwave; No bottled water available in the room; No room service; No in-room TV apps (not even YouTube); Rooms are large, albeit somewhat antiquated.

The property was beautiful on the harbor. The one reason why I booked this spot was for the rooftop outdoor seating that was shown on their site, however it had been closed since 2020!! I wasn’t given the amenities, wifi or any information about the hotel when I checked in. Our room’s AC didn’t work, even after calling for maintenance it did no good. Our room during the day was at least 75 degrees and never got cooler than 72 at night. For the location it was beautiful, but was disappointed in there wasn’t a rooftop bar that was advertised.

Noisy rooms, you can hear everything outside as if you had the window open. Staff not very friendly or attentive.
