Wonderful staff, clean, comfortable rooms and a beautiful view of the harbor. Great stay!!! But really bummed that there was no heat in the “Hot Tub. That was one of the main amenities that made me choose Royal Sonesta. Next time in Baltimore I will look into other hotels with a Hot Tub. This was a big enough selling point to me that would cause me to not stay there agian. Hope it is addressed.

Nice hotel located minutes away from M&T Bank Stadium. Directly in front of the Harbor. I was offered an upgrade for an additional fee but it was the same exact room that I booked just on a higher floor for supposedly a better view of the Harbor, which to me is not an upgrade so I just stayed where I was. You can tell this hotel was once immaculate, but shows signs of wear and tear, like most hotels over the years. Bar located on the 2nd floor, which we did not use. We brought our own beverages. Indoor pool and jacuzzi available in which we brought swimwear to get in the jacuzzi, but when we got down there, 2 men where in it and we changed our minds..lol..Gym definitely needs updating because most of the equipment was probably put in when the hotel was built many years ago. Overall our stay was pleasant. Very friendly staff. Lots of events are held here as well...wedding receptions etc...so it seems to be used quite frequently. There was one night some young kids (part of a wedding or some sort) got into a physical fight and were yelling, hitting the walls, and causing all sort of ruckus I was terrified. Notified front desk to get them to summons security up and they came in a timely manner and talked with the young kids. I heard the security guy tell them the only people that should be in the room is the names that were booked. There was about 10 kids in there, we seen them once we left and came back. Our Premier premium king suite was very nice and spacious.

We always stay here when in town to see orioles or ravens games. We’ve been coming for years and love the Royal Sonesta. Harbor view rooms are absolutely worth the extra money.

The only complaint would be not enough light in the lobby its so dark for it to be such a nice hotel

Great location. Many activities & dinning within walking distance. Staff very helpful. Room was great. Only issue, coffee maker didn't work which was no big deal and staff said they could immediately replace it.

Positives: 1 The bathroom was huge. At first glance it looks very modern and clean. Once you notice the holes in the wall, poor craftsmanship, and water stains your opinion changes Negatives: 1 The television didn't work. When i called the front desk, the person told me "Maybe you can try changing the channel." 2 Only one pillow for 2 people sleeping on a queen bed. 3 The "convenience store" that was supposed to be open 2pm-11pm was closed during my whole stay. 4 The vending machine they referred me to was broken 5 Charged a $300 deposit for 1 night in a $100 room

Very nice hotel. Felt safe while staying in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had a harbor view room. 4th floor. 50$ extra to stay on the 5th or 6th floors. 4th is perfectly fine. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. We checked out the sauna, whirlpool and pool. We did not use them. But they appeared to be maintained well. Coffee shop has good coffee. The restaurant staff on the 2nd floor was very nice to us. Fantastic dirty martini. We had a great time. Highly recommend.
