Exactly what you’d expect from the Four Seasons— lovely, spacious room; amazing bed; wonderful service; and excellent location. The only potential complaint is that the walls are a bit thin, but a white noise machine did the trick. Would absolutely stay here again.

Bygone was terrible. Everything about it - the service, the fact that I couldn't charge my meal to my room, the elevator was broken, it just felt like a very low-budget experience for such a nice hotel. Also the valet not being connected to the front desk was also frustrating because I had to go outside to work with the valet versus inside with the front desk whom I was already working with. There should be more connections between functions and services provided by the hotel so that the customer has a more seamless experience.

Top tier all around. This staff in particular was absolutely stellar. They handled all of my requests with ease and was beyond accommodating. They were warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. I have zero complaints and I’ll be back very soon. Exceptional from entry with the bellhop Duncan , to the folks at in-room dining. Everyone at the spa, and the from desk.
