Had to move rooms yesterday as HVAC, toilet seat, TV, clock, no regular coffee in room, wake-up call system —all dysfunctional. I reported this to 2 staff (Terrell, Barnabas, housekeeping, a female & a manager.
Last night general property manager was contacted (who failed to contact me or do anything to resolve situation having some of same issues in 2nd room). No one wears name tags some done give you their name. Elevator often stops 5inches above/below floor (dangerous). Breakfast Biscuits pretty good. No effective supervision of loyal housekeeping & maintenance staff. General manager appears to care less.
NEVER got my wake-up calls today/yesterday got awakened 1hour early. Clocks not set correctly & one needs a screwdriver to reset them. Property manager is failing to supervise maintenance & housekeeping staff.
Downgrade rating to 1.5 Stars. Requesting Refund or will contact Corporate. Did not receive services or good for which I paid.
