"We enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Hyatt place. The staff are friendly, breakfast is satisfying. Except that they do not have pool and the elevator seems to be noisy. Overall, we are still happy with our stay."

"Lovely simple hotel - wonderful big room, amazing friendly staff - 5+ stars for the staff!! As an airport hotel I think it’s wonderful - after a call to reception (not so easy for international traveller like me without telephone roaming) very quick and easy shuttle pick up. I can see why this gets the best airport hotel rating at BWI - would recommend "
