"Faisal was an excellent and conscientious host, once we had gotten beyond the initial problem of how to obtain access to the property (by the way, the London address of the property was incorrect). It certainly would have been more helpful to have the information on the access codes from him or from Vrbo a day earlier, as well as an email address to contact him.
