"Lovely Hotel. Sadly, we had a room from 3 adults shared . Entrance to our room facility was back outside and around the other side of the hotel which has a bit of a back alley feel to it( compared to the main entrance); Never felt part of the Hotel as there was no internal access . Room and space was excellent inside though, which was such a shame. Our room was also on the ground level where the window ledge attracted empty drink bottles from only god knows who…so couldn’t have a window open....

"Outstanding service and attention to detail. The staff were very accommodating and easy to talk to. The only black mark was a washroom that was cooler than the rest of the room. It made the first few minutes out of the shower uncomfortable. As a sort of consolation, the bathroom featured a heated towel rack. The shower was also slow to drain, leading to some initial concerns regarding flooding the suite. The breakfast selection was above average with staff making decorative coffee creations. The...

"Had a lovely stay here (def helped by the free upgrade to a junior suite!). Really great location: right next to the river and the Heumarkt (so ideal for getting to Christmas market locations). We liked that we could decline to have room cleaning (and got given a free snack for doing so) - when you are only there two nights, we really don't need anyone coming in to make up our room."
