"Had a lovely stay here (def helped by the free upgrade to a junior suite!). Really great location: right next to the river and the Heumarkt (so ideal for getting to Christmas market locations). We liked that we could decline to have room cleaning (and got given a free snack for doing so) - when you are only there two nights, we really don't need anyone coming in to make up our room."

"Outstanding service and attention to detail. The staff were very accommodating and easy to talk to. The only black mark was a washroom that was cooler than the rest of the room. It made the first few minutes out of the shower uncomfortable. As a sort of consolation, the bathroom featured a heated towel rack. "A quirky choice for a weekend in Cologne. And although it is a hub for remote working it didn’t feel corporate. The breakfast in the restaurant was great and the monkey bar is better than most hotel bars. Lots of thoughtful touches dotted about. We appreciated the “runners corner” with local maps, fruit, water and complimentary sweatbands. Would definitely stay here again and recommend !"
