"Had a lovely stay here (def helped by the free upgrade to a junior suite!). Really great location: right next to the river and the Heumarkt (so ideal for getting to Christmas market locations). We liked that we could decline to have room cleaning (and got given a free snack for doing so) - when you are only there two nights, we really don't need anyone coming in to make up our room."

"A lovely clean and comfortable hotel in a quiet area but still close to the city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The fridge in the room was useful."

"Lovely Hotel. Sadly, we had a room from 3 adults shared . Entrance to our room facility was back outside and around the other side of the hotel which has a bit of a back alley feel to it( compared to the main entrance); Never felt part of the Hotel as there was no internal access . Room and space was excellent inside though, which was such a shame. Our room was also on the ground level where the window ledge attracted empty drink bottles from only god knows who…so couldn’t have a window open....

"It was an amazing stay. Have stayed many times before but not in the last 10 years. Was even better now with live entertainment on both nights. Staff were fabulous. Room was on 6th floor so we had a perfect view of the city"

"The Guest rooms very spacious and generous. However, at night (4-5am) very noisy because the hotel guest rooms are facing the street... Also, the wifi is not working properly and sometimes connection are very bad. Regarding the drinking water, which should be provided for a hotel of this class, I was told the water tap provides drinking water... which I think and i was told by my cologne friends is not good and clean to drink. In addition I was missing a box with paper tissues in the...

"Lovely hotel. Easy check in. Florian on reception particularly helpful. We were upgraded to a room on the 5th floor which was themed 4711 eau de cologne. I was delighted as my 90 year old mothers favourite cologne. Room spacious and good facilities and coud see the cathedral spires. Didn't eat at the hotel but they gave us some super recommendations for nearby eateries. Would be happy to stay there again."
