"Hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Lovely clean bathroom. Couldn’t fault it. The only problem for our room was that it was next to the bar next door. They had loud music and karaoke up until midnight and it kept us both awake both nights. "

"Lovely hotel. 10 mins walk from HBF train station. In busy area but at the end of it so very quiet. Room comfort good and got upgraded to suite with Expedia gold status. Very strange though that you had to wait until exactly 3pm to check which made the 3pm shift start busy while the morning person did nothing. Odd bar never had a bartender? Overal nice and would definitely stay again if I was in the area. "

"This is a gem of a hostel, you can't go wrong. We had a 6 bed room to ourselves and, while initially looking a little on the cramped side, it was no bother at all as we mainly spent our time out and about. Spotlessly clean, great en suite shower, firm mattresses (which I thought were great, but guess that's down to personal preference!) The hostel is a 25 min walk from the centre of Cologne (Dom & railway station etc) and located a few mins walk from the buzzing Belgian Quarter, but still...

"Big BW hotel in the calm neighborhood of Ehrenfeld, Cologne. Hotel is clean, reception desk ladies helfpul.. My complaint is about temperature of the room, which I complo also to the reception. They said it was normal but it was not.. so i believe i will not prefer the hotel during winter times"

"Weekend stay with my mum & daughter, the suite was really massive & clean. I couldn’t have asked for more in a hotel room, when it came to space. I’d defo return back to this hotel in the future "
