"We had a fabulous time at this stunning property. The staff were extremely friendly, there was a large breakfast buffet, a welcome pack with goodies for every visitor. The was a piano and a funny parrot. Views across the river. We highly recommend staying here"

"I’d booked this hotel to break up 2 long drives. The only reason I chose it was that there was an on site restaurant. Was informed the restaurant was not going to be open via an email a few hours before we arrived. Frankly I wouldn’t have booked had I known this beforehand. "

"The condition of the property in general was below average, signs of previous damage to doors and locks, WC cistern hanging sideways but still working and my mattress sagged in the middle, though the Manager was very friendly and helpful."

"I found this hotel a little strange - toilet, shower and sink in the room. Self-service check-in. No breakfast possibility. Coffee machine and water available in the corridor, but the fridge was not restocked in the two days I stayed there. Definitely could do better on attention to detail - drinking glass was chipped, waste paper basket was not emptied and shower gel dispenser was broken. The location was good, about a 10 minute walk to the main station. "

Zimmer (unter der Dachschräge) sehr sauber und gut mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Schreibtisch ausgestattet. "Maria Suites is a family run small hotel of four suites. The rooms are located above an Italian restaurant, Damiano run by the same family. The restaurant is very good. Mine was a really spacious modern room, with lounge and balconies. I expect they are all the same. Fantastic location near the Dom and Cologne Central train station."
