"I did a last minute booking and had a good stay. The staff here are very friendly and willing to help. The rooms, however, do not look like the pictures online. Once I checked in and noticed the difference, I was allowed to see another room but stayed with what I had. I think, for a spa location, I was expecting more bang for the buck. Breakfast was lovely but very expensive, especially if you only want something small, maybe a second option where you can have only pastry and coffee might be a good option. Location is great, convenient for exploring the city and for transportation."

"The hotel is situated in a great location for wandering round the city or jumping on the train. Comfortable beds, nice sized rooms, excellent shower and bathroom. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious! The pool and spa facilities were very good also. Would return again in a heartbeat. "
