"Hotel was clean and efficient. Rooms were modern and well maintained. The area was convenient for the train station, but beyond this was definitely unsafe and dirty. Drunk, stoned and homeless people asking for money everywhere."

"Our initial room was not cleaned even though we gave them 5 hours to get the room ready before checking in. Eventually after explaining everything we had to ask to change rooms due the condition of the room. Also the bathroom lights in our replacement room bathroom were extremely dim and on their way out so we told the front desk and the gentleman did not seem to care or want to do anything about it "

"location was great and in a very close distance to the train station. and the central attractions. Cleanliness, was good for the amount paid. bed linings were clear and ready to be fitted to the bed by ownself. Staff were helpful but very busy all the time dealing with customers. Facilities needed for a backpacker were sufficient: WiFi, Socket, Space to sit and eat and work and enjoy the time. Bar and reception area was however, noisy and tiny and crowded most of the times. Happy to come again...
