"Friendly helpful staff especially at reception - the gentleman who checked me in spoke excellent English, while the lady who checked me out directed me helpfully to the tramstop from which I could get a ticket to the station. Nice big room with separate lounge area and en-suite bathroom. The small balcony outside was a nice touch. Breakfast was good value, being a buffet with a wide selection. "The pools and saunas are amazing. Lots of naked folks, and some “textile free” pools and saunas, so if that’s not your jam, maybe go somewhere else. My adult daughters and I had a great (and separate) time however, everyone except the man at the front desk was super nice and no creepy vibes at all. "
