"Great location and convenient to food and shopping. Room is a little outdated, very few outlets and had to use an extension cord to charge devices. The bathroom had been updated and the shower is great! The hotel spa and pool are an added bonus! Restaurants and cafes inside the hotel were excellent. Would stay here again!"

"Room was comfortable, warm and clean. Didn’t have the breakfast as we wanted to try various brunch places. Staff were very helpful except on the day we had to check out. There was a queue of at least 10 guests at the reception desk and when I asked if anyone else could help at the desk there was an unclear answer and no one came out from the office to help. We waited for nearly 30 minutes to check out! Very disappointing as other times staff were great. "

"Magnificent location. Walkable in all directions but trams buses close by if walking difficulties. Hotel very accommodating. Helpful staff. Complimentary coffee machine and water in lobby lovely touch. "
