"From the outside this is a beautiful historic Manor House but in the room we had it didn’t feel any different to anywhere else. The grounds are lovely. The bed was uncomfortable and made for a poor 1st nights sleep. The staff are good and they did look to see if they could make our stay more comfortable. For breakfast we both had Eggs Royale which was really nice but not worth the £15pp price tag. Going back to the room what it really needed was black out curtains as the light really shone...

"Service, food and hotel were great our room was lovely and spacious but it was like a sauna, it made it very uncomfortable to sleep in and was not what you would expect from a suite. Couldn't fault the breakfast buffet or drink selection in the bar. "
