"Great value. Desk staff was friendly. Very conveniently located near Fremont. Free parking. The inside of the hotel is gorgeous. The decor and the furniture and art is wonderful to look at. My only complaint is that the outside smelled like rotten eggs and the smell makes it into the guest rooms a tiny bit."

"Disappointed that the TV did not work. There was no fridge. There was no microwave. The elevators kept breaking down multiple times I wasted hundred dollars of food for my children because there was no fridge or microwave. I don’t understand why I’m paying resort fees if I can’t have that, especially if the TV‘s not even working, and then in the self parking lot, it took us an hour to get out because there was only one exit open"

The only negative is that the check in is 3 pm, but when we got there they had no rooms available and we had to sit around in the casino for an hour and a half with our luggage and waited for them to let us know when we could go to our room. They offered no compensation for the inconvenience. "
