"I booked through Hotels.com on the day of. We'd been stuck at a property on the other side of Las Vegas from the rest of our sports team who were up the street from this property. Decided to stay closer for our last night so our son could join his teammates at their pool the last night. We did not understand this to be a timeshare-type property, so we did not know we needed to bring our own shampoo, etc prior to arrival. The property itself was a madhouse.
