"The room was much more spacious than expected. Very clean and the staff was super nice. Parking was easy and it is located in a very convenient area to things. It was also quiet and had a very comfortable bed. We will be staying here in the future while visiting family in the area. "

"We always love our stay at the palmdale element hotel! We look forward to our visits each time we visit our son. We love the space in the bedroom suite and we're thankful you had one available as i mistakenly booked a reg room which cannot easily accommodate our family who come by to visit. So thank you for that! The only negative was noticing the black grout in the shower and in the door track. We appreciate the always friendly staff and how hard everyone works to keep up the hotel....

"Our stay was nice with the exception of several groups of people letting their kids run wild climbing on furniture putting their nasty hands in the happy hour food and breakfast buffet . People should teach their children how to behave 😒 "
