"Customer service was great. Indoor pool area was so strong with chlorine we could hardly breath and eyes burned after being in the pool area for just a few minutes. Front desk said someone was coming the next Monday to look at it. Couch bed was very uncomfortable with tons of springs. Room was clean and equipped with all the kitchen necessities. Would stay again but would get two beds so we don’t need the couch bed. "
