"Everything has been just amazing! The staff are very helpful and friendly, with such attention to detail. Our room was stunning (we stayed in the Bowness Suite) with the best views ever over the lake! Booked the Bentley to take us down to a restaurant in the harbour for dinner with was ace and such a great touch from the hotel! Spent lots of time in the private hot tub watching the fighter jets fly low over the lake. It's beem magical, I can't fault a single thing. Thank you! "

Our hosts were so friendly and helpful and we were called by phone on the day of arrival to say our room was ready which was such a lovely touch.
