"A great stay at an iconic hotel, small signs of maintenance required but did not detract from the ambiance. We had a superior room with balcony overlooking the sea and oh what a spectacular view and the weather was in blue sky and sunshine mode. The service from checking in, restaurant and check out was warm, friendly and efficient. Well cooked and tasty choices in the menu. Overall a great experience."

"Have stayed here many times and never fails to impress. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were amazing with a first class dinner menu with plenty of choice. The lounge bar was comfortable and well appointed. We had lunch and drinks in the beautiful gardens as the weather was exceptional. All members of staff are friendly and helpful a welcome change to the surly staff you get at most places these days. We will return again and again. For me personally as I have a dog phobia I like the fact that dogs are not allowed in the main building or in the bar. Highly recommended."

"Just enjoyed a lovely one night stay the hotel looks very bland from the outside but once you get indoor the decor is lovely. we paid £15 each to use the spa facilities definitely worth it we made good use of it during our stay my wife booked herself in for a massage. Room was very good lovely comfortable bed with all the amenities coffee machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer etc. The only thing I would pull it on is the shower can become very slippy from the soap or shower gel. We didn’t have our evening meal in the restaurant but we did have breakfast plenty of choice from usual breakfast items to pancakes and pastries. Overall it was a lovely would definitely stay here again."
