"The portable AC unit made the rooms smell but the weather outside was perfect just to leave the windows open. The staff was amazing. The room was nice and spacious. I didn’t know what to expect as this was our first time staying in Laguna Beach, and we had an excellent time. The restaurant at the bottom and rooftop bar was excellent. Will definitely stay here again."

"I have returned to the Surf&Sand over many years. The Service is always impeccable, personable, professional and gracious. From Kit & Allie who greeted us at reception to lovely housekeeping and room service staff, spa and restaurant. The makeover of the spa is not complete, however we received excellent massage services in our room overlooking the beautiful ocean and coastline. We stayed in a King studio oceanfront on the top floor and highly recommend. Beautifully appointed recently renovated. I wish we could've stayed forever. "
