Initially, the lady from guest services messed up by telling me that the restaurant, Sunset, was open for breakfast for my parents' surprise, but it ended up being closed. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated because my parents only had a few hours left in the hotel, and on top of that, the lady from guest services sold me a surprise package that included a balloon and a cake. At that moment, I felt scammed. However, they resolved this immediately. The waitstaff and the captain were so kind to give us a table in a reserved spot where my family could enjoy our meal privately. I will be eternally grateful to this wonderful staff."
