I could’ve spent the whole whole day without leaving the hotel all amenities that you could possibly need were there and Delphine was absolutely amazing anytime ever needed anything she was always Right, there great place great stay if you’re ever in Jaco You have to try this place"

"Our stay at the Green Iguana beach house was great! The location couldn't be more suitable for getting to everything that you need in town and you are right on the beach for beautiful sunsets every evening. We had Dennis and Meliny cook dinner for us one evening they are the Chef's that Steve recommended from Bella Vista Cocina. The food was excellent! Steve and his housekeepers kept the place spotless. He was a great host we hope we can make it back there soon evening "

"The pictures are not comparable to the actual. Truly unique house,room for large groups. Golf cart is a must for running around so be sure to have it included and sign the waiver/deposit before arrival. Brooks was fantastic at helping us arrange outings, answer questions! Loved that the monkeys came by 3 different times!"

"Our group of family and friends enjoyed our stay at Villa Ganesha. Location is superb for walking into town to eat, drink, get groceries, or visit the lovely black sand beach. Our 5 teenagers enjoyed walking into town for some “clubbing”. We all felt safe the whole trip. Beds are comfortable and AC’s work well. Pool area is wonderful and private. Overall, an amazing trip!"

"BUYER BEWARE No hot water and beach is dirty. I contacted Vacasa before confirming reservation to verify had hot water due to previous review. I was told I would have hot water but never did. The pool water was warmer than the shower. The company was notified as soon as we knew there was no hot water. Beach is very dirty due to ships waiting to get into port and dumping garbage while waiting. We did see monkeys and birds which were beautiful. Sorry for the bad review I tried to work with you."

"It was okay - neighbourhood is gross (like a lot of cities and towns in Costa Rica) it’s filthy with garbage everywhere, broken sidewalks, stray dogs, etc. not really anywhere to eat except little roadside stands.
