"I was very upset waiting 1 hour and half 😒 for the shuttle bus, 12 miles from the airport. The dispatch phone was NOT working and calling the hotel did NOT help. I ask to speak with a manager when I got to the hotel. They were not listening and didn't offer comp breakfast. This was NOT a good look for Cambria. I have stayed with you twice this summer, and I will be traveling later this year and 2025. I hope you can get it better soon!"
