Hotel is clean but old, breakfast is regular. You can hear lot of flight takeoff noise from the room at night. LA workers fee is added when you check out and this is a hidden fee that Expedia is not mentioning when you book.

I booked this room because we had an early flight and wanted to be close to the airport. My husband and I did not sleep at all that night due to the noise. It was awful, I could've probably slept on the bench outside and gotten better sleep. Two other families on the shuttle were complaining about not sleeping because it was sooo loud.

The property is good. Room are too, but with most hotels, there could be some sprucing. The hotel definitely needs new pillow, base around doors & some furniture needs attentions. Lots dents/dings. BUT, the biggest head scratcher is a $16 fee for LA workers! Why am I paying for this & why are all those fees attached to the parking fee. ALL of those fees needs to be disclosed.

We like the shuttle service that is offered. Dinner was pretty good and we enjoyed the free drink and snakes. The free breakfast was nice and the staff was helpful despite the fact that they ran out of pillows. The bed was comfortable but our room faced Airport Blvd and it was very noisy with the traffic and airplanes all night. Overall it was a great place to stay but might want to consider sound proofing the windows better. Thank you.
