"Overall, the stay was good... the rooms and cleaning are good, only the service from a specific person at the front desk was terrible, named Teresa. Zero friendliness, everything you ask for, such as storing your bags at the reception, is not possible, you can feel the ill will/not wanting to work. That was our first impression as soon as we arrived at the hotel. It left us with apprehension and a bad impression throughout the entire stay of being poorly received by the front desk/service."
