"Very lovely hotel, staff was friendly, and the location is close to many wonderful shopping areas and food selection. Only down was the room was sooo hot even with the windows open we were sweating. The best feature in the room was the ceiling fan which is the only added feature so we could at least sleep comfortably "

"Nishitetsu Grand is a bit dated in terms of design. But it shines in other areas. Clean, relatively spacious rooms (standard twin rooms) and in a convenient location. Happy to return here when I'm back in Fukuoka."

"The hotel connects directly into Hakata station, and so moving around using the public transport systems was so easy! There are also many restaurants that are easily accessible. The room itself was very clean, with the basic amenities provided. It’s a solid 3.5-4 out of 5 star hotel."
