There is no parking on site, but there are many parking options very close to the combinations we were in for the sumo tournament and it was a perfect location Especially for the Waterfront area. "I had a terrible experience. I arrived with three kids and my elderly parents, tired at 8 pm. There was no receptionist. The doors of the hotel were closet and all the instructions to check in were in Japanese. The check in process required to call a Japanese land line. "We love the property especially because it is so convenient for transportation and as a mom, I LOVE the washing machine and the drying function of the bathroom. Only thing I concerned was the check in center is 3 minutes walk away, and one electric plug on the wall was partly detached and a bit less safe I felt. "I enjoyed staying here, but there are some things that can be improved. The air filter in the bathroom had not been cleared in a really long time, if ever. No one has dusted behind the TV in quite some time. I stayed for two weeks, but was only given 1 role of toilet paper and a meager amount of dish soap. The lighting outside is very dim and I was worried about slipping when come back in the evening when it had rained. It would also be helpful to have instructions in English for the appliances....
