The room rates were very affordable, especially considering the outstanding service. The lobby and room design were beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. "Great hot springs, 1 Public sharing,g and 8 Private hot springs. No reservation is needed, it's first come first serve. Rooms are super clean, great location right in front of JR Beppu station. Great amenities and breakfast spread. There is nothing short in this hotel, service is great. I always stay Onyado Nono brand and it never disappoints. "

"If you want both the convenient distance from Kumamoto Castle and the famous Japanese big bath with SAUNA, this is it! They also offer very convenient laundry system at very reasonable (or I'd say too great deal) price which is really helpful when you travel in Japan. The facility is super clean, with cheerful staffs, and we really enjoyed tasty 'Yonaki-soba' (warm noodle service in the evening).Thank you for the memorable stay."
