"It was clean and safe. Hallways were very cold and rooms tend to get warm. I experienced the onset for the first time in my life and that was an amazing experience. Being from the US, we don't have that in our hotels. The grocery store inside was like a mini 7/11 and that was nice to have. Close to train. I would totally stay here again!! "

Economy room was small as expected but had all as described.Good breakfast.lovely roof top bar and terrace where we ate in evening, unsure where the French/ Italian restaurant mentioned in description was. Helpful staff very friendly. Be aware if raining or snowing!! They can't get taxis for you, but you can grab an Uber. Very happy with the hotel. The location I personally wasn't keen on as you had to walk past a number of Adult clubs and hotels. It was about 15 mins to the Shinjuku underground station and 3D cat."
