However the bath towels are cheap and so thin, no replenishment for kitchen towels and tissue papers and there was only one small mirror The check in time and out that we told were different than the original booking times which made us confused. "Highly recommend this hotel if you want to experience a traditional Japanese accomodation! The ambiance is very welcoming and warm! I loved the food so much and also onsen with its beautiful scenery! Hotel’s meal was served traditionally and was very much worth the price! Good quality with amazing staff! There is also a shuttle in the mornings that makes your commute easier! Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the bus station."
