"The house is exactly as listed. We stayed in this house to explore the parks and locations in Orlando. We had to leave this home to go to another house for the remainder of our stay in Florida so we were closer to the wedding venue over the weekend. Our kids were so upset to leave this house. "Easy to find, spacious, pretty lake, quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds. House is in need of paint, grout and carpet. Definitely pet friendly. Could use a doggie gate between formal carpeted rooms and vinyl . I made a barrier with iron board. My pup is only 3lbs. But the carpet had many stains from previous pets. "Our original booking had an issue and we were upgraded to this property. We were notified day of issue, but without a beat they immediately offered another rental location of a comparable size. The upgraded location was slightly further away from theme parks, but still central between Universal, Disney, and the airport.Only hiccup of checking in was the process of getting in at the gate, however rental property agent responded immediately and helped resolve issue.
