"We had a wonderful stay at this house. We didn't do too much outside of the resort because the warm pool and hot tub, plus the community pool and courts gave us plenty of places to go. We enjoyed walking in the community as well and there were some cute little parks. Families with littles should check out the castle park!The home was huge, clean, and had everything we wanted. "We all had an amazing time at the Princess, Pirate & Super Hero Room House. This vacation home exceeded our expectations! "The house is beautiful, it was immaculately kept and the view from the pool area is awesome. Clubhouse has some decent food for a quick meal. Very close to Disney. Traffic to and from the park was brutal a couple times but that’s the price you pay for being close to the park. Don’t think you could do any better if looking for a house close to the park. "Everything was just as described. The only recommendations would be to bring Roku sticks because the tvs are not smart tvs. Also, be aware that the cleaning crew will be there waiting for you to exit the premise. We felt rushed to leave as they arrived at around 9:30. "

"Would recommend for a large group who needs easy access to Disney. We came for our child’s competition at ESPN and it was very convenient to get back and forth. Lots of room to spread out, newly updated bathrooms, pool access and quaint neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants were easily accessible and neighborhood was quiet. "

"The house is very nicely decorated but rather dark inside (needs more lighting). We really didn't spend much time there aside from sleeping, all of it was spent at the Disney parks. The development is close to Disney World (15-20 minutes drive time to the parks) but some of the surrounding neighborhood houses appear rather sketchy. We paid for the pool heater, but didn't use it, no time and the weather was rainy/chilly. The house was not spotless - we found some hair, dust, and food wrappers...

"It was a bit pricy for what it was--the listing looks much nicer than what it was, but we thoroughly enjoyed having our own pool and hot tub. The dishwasher and blender were both broken. The hot tub wasn't heated the very last night and the contact for the property didn't respond due to a big time change...I guess there was another property manager, but we weren't aware of that contact, which was unfortunate to not have the hot tub on our very last night. "

"The property is beautiful. If you are looking for a way to stay off Disney property and still be close by, this is a good choice. We stayed at the Villas so we had a full kitchen and laundry which was a nice way to save money on breakfast lunch and dinner. Theres a Super Target and Publix nearby. The biggest issue is they seem short staffed. Every staff member we interacted with was wonderful. There just arent enough of them. 10 minute hold times when we called the front for something simple...
