"This is a perfect mix of boutique hotel and vacation rental. Interior is modern and clean, with lots of space. High end finishes, and very comfortable. The wellness deck is very nice, overlooking the sound for great sunsets. Our suite was adjacent, with a small private deck. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. This was a perfect base for exploring the area, and then come back to a comfortable and clean cocoon."

"A great little older beach motel. Easy walk to the beach near the back of the property and restaurants within walking distance too. The village is small and mostly residential, yet there is a Food Lion and several restaurants and shops within a mile or so. "

The pool was fantastic, but was surrounded by weeds and included a pile of broken and rusted pool toys. The pool loungers(3) were all broken and unusable. It was nice to have direct access to the beach, a short walk over the dunes for a day in the sand. However, the fence door was not secure and with a dog and small child, this was a concern.
