"We come here almost every year for my daughter‘s birthday, which she requests every year. And she loves to stay in the farmhouse because all the animals are nearby. You can meet Mr. Walton at the barn in the mornings and help feed the animals and visit the horses. There’s a fun treasure hunt and fairy forest. We have also stayed at the nest in the past and had a great time, but my daughter likes being down at the farmhouse with all of the animals, especially Piper who would visit us every day....

"We enjoyed 2 months at the Wallace Farm Guesthouse. The house was very comfortable & clean and the bed was very comfortable. When we arrived there were bottles of water, cereal, eggs and other items too numerous to mention. We had everything we needed for our stay and Rich and Tish were amazing hosts. We loved watching the animals and made trips to New Bern and other areas. Highly recommend a stay here."

"I was visiting the area for business and needed a place for my mother and I to stay. It was winter time, but still, the property is lovely. It is an old farmhouse that's in great condition, and been restored. We stayed in the Farmhouse Apartment (a private apartment attached to the main Farmhouse). "My oldest daughter was getting married at a venue in Meadow (outside of Benson NC) we found this property and realized it was only four minutes from venue location. My wife had family coming in town from Massachusetts and Alabama. We were able to comfortably accommodate the guest. The property was as described. Great view. Ducks, chickens, cows. Beautiful pond.
