"Wonderful stay, sink leaked but compensated, no issue. Beautiful place well stocked and accommodated a big crowd of people. Was a little put off by not having contract signed and late details of arrival and code… but nothing delayed in getting into house. Overall a wonderful stay and would return.,"

"The house was very clean and in good repair.The kitchen was well stocked with all of the extra things that you would need to cook any kind of meals. There was a big storm that came through and delayed our checkout process. NC 12 was closed. The host was very understanding and allowed us to check out way after checkout time. We were very grateful for his kindness.He was also very quick to answer. Any message that we sent before our check-in during our check-in and after checkout.Overall, a great experience at OBX. We would definitely stay there again."

"Never Forget is an amazing home with several amenities. Quick walk to the beach, hot tub, bar, and more. Very clean home with an easy check in/check out process. Host was extremely kind regarding weather issues and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend! "

"This property was pretty much exactly as expected after reviewing the other reviews, description and photos. It has a bit of wear and tear but nothing that reduced the quality of our vacation. It was clean (other than the salty windows which are usually cleaned at the beginning of the week at other homes we've rented). None of bathrooms were impressive but they were adequate. It has a Keurig, which is always a plus for me. The pool, although not heated, was still refreshing on the hottest days. The walk to the beach was better than other oceanfront homes we've stayed at. For the price, I would rent it again. "
