"It's a nice, very affordable hotel that has seen better days, but for a backpacker, it's perfect. My neighbor complained about cockroaches, but my room was spotless. The gym needs some investment, but it has a punching bag and pool table that nobody uses. "Great location! Easy to walk to many landmarks and lots of good food around. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have expected when I checked in, but I told you staff and they remedied this right away! Unfortunately, the hot tub on the roof did not look like it had been cleaned or used in a long time, which was disappointing, but overall it was good value for solo traveler. "

"The rooms are quite spacious so that was good and water, shampoo sachets and soap was provided. Just no kettle which was difficult for me who lives on coffee! The bathroom needed a couple of bottles of bleach and a hot power wash with disinfectant because it looked old, rusty and dirty."

"Amazing place with very friendly staff. The staff are very helpful and friendly. And for me to have a full apartment with living room, kitchen it's amazing for the price. I will stay there again for 10 to 14 days at a time. Although I have a booking for 10 days in January that I couldn't make it - and I couldn't cancel. And they didn't really offer anything at all to me the next time I stayed there for 11 days... so I gave them an extra $2000 for nothing and didn't even show-up... And they didn't even offer me like an extra few nights for free or anything at all for giving them free money and not even being there... So the staff is amazing, but the management might not be able to recognize a good customer who could give them business for years vs just some tourist or traveller.. ."
