"The hostess, Josee, is very warm and welcoming. The entire ground floor of the house is the B&B, which includes a large, comfortable living room and full kitchen. Our room was also large and comfortable with a great bed and spacious living space as well! Breakfast was excellent, the backyard pool area has tons of seating and amazing views of the lake and the whole valley. Overall, an excellent stay. "

"I have stayed here many times. Staff is efficient and courteous. The breakfast needs to run longer (ends at 9:30) and include hot food. The hot tub used to be fine but the last few stays they have noticeably reduced the temperature and it is more like a warm bath now. "

"Absolutely excellent customer service. We had just arrived from Mexico with a screaming two-year-old and without batting an eye, the wonderful woman at the front desk happily upgraded us to a king size room so that we could have more space and go upstairs and go straight to bed after a very, very long day and long flight. If travelling out of Kelowna again, we will happily stay at this hotel purely because of her. The room itself was excellent, very clean and very comfortable."
