We found the beds to be uncomfortable. All four of the guests woke up with a sore back. Additionally, the sheets were super noisy. It sounded like a diaper rubbing on clothing every time someone moved. The hotel has two hot tubs, both of which are outside. The pool is indoor. We wished at least one of the hot tubs were inside because it was too cold to use them.

We have stayed here several times: it is conveniently located for visiting our family but well placed for shopping also. The breakfast area in the restaurant is very pleasant and offers many options. staff is always helpful. The suites with the full kitchen would be useful for anyone travelling with children or needing to make a meal.
