"The hotel was great, awkward location, but that seemed to be the norm in E Kelowna. It was accessible to many shops and restaurant so that was great. Lots of parking and a FREE EV CHARGER!!! That was a bonus. Check in was easy, Room was large and clean and dog friendly (first floor only if you have a dog) We needed more amenities like towel, cups, but that was no problem. Free continental breakfast every morning which was a bonus...same thing every morning (scrabble eggs, sausage, waffle, 3 cereals, oatmeal, apple toast, danish, yogurt and hard boiled eggs for us heathy eaters. Pool was smaller than picture, so a bit crammed with kids and adults, but my kids didn't mind. What we did for the 3 days was visited some wineries in W Kelowna, Brewery's in DT Kelowna and the Kangaroo farm. "

"I like that everyone minded their own business, were courteous to each other. I did not like when I asked for change of towels, maid was upset said that ppl were asking for stuff, said we have to phone front office, rude. All other hotels maids ask do you need anything done to room. We looked after our garbage and recycles to make sure easy to clean. piled our towels for quick pick up. "

"Always nice to stay before an early departure or after a late arrival! The long term parking is a wonderful option, however the parking fee while overnighting, not so great(even with the discounted rate). Otherwise everything works well. The rooms are clean and comfortable."
